Retrieving a lost license key and the corresponding product version

This article explains how to retrieve your license information in case of loss.

This option is available only for software bought through our website (http://audials.com) at Element5/Digital River GmbH. If you purchased the product through other resellers, please contact them for further assistance.

To retrieve your license key or the product version you originally purchased

  1. Open the License FAQ on our website.
  2. Provide the e-mail address employed for purchase.

You will receive an e-mail including the license key and a link to download the version you had originally purchased.
