Sending problem information to technical support
The support team requires you to collect information on how to reproduce your problem, along with technical information on your system, to work on a technical problem.
The following steps assume you have already followed the instructions about Turning on writing log files and Reproducing and describing a problem.
To send problem information to the support team
You will receive a confirmation e-mail within a few minutes. The support team then usually answers your request within 72 hours.
Questions and Answers
I have written an e-mail to the support team and still got not answer. What now?
Did you receive a confirmation e-mail within a few minutes after you sent your e-mail? If not, please check your e-mail and especially spam filter settings. Maybe the support's answer was misclassified as spam.
If you still got no support answer after a few days, something went wrong. We're sorry! Please try again. Make sure to check for any confirmation or error message during submitting the support form.
