Audials One does not activate
This article covers the most common problems which may occur during product activation, and how to solve them.

You entered a correct license key, yet it is not valid for the product or the product version that you have installed. A typical cause for this message: your license key is valid for an older product version. You can find all older versions linked for download in the support forum: Version History. |
| You can use this key for ... | This text tells explicitly which product and which product version the entered key does match to. Install the named product version and retry the activation. |

Have you purchased a product box with an installation CD? Your key is an activation key which can only be entered during installing from CD. See Installation from CD for instructions.
