Customers give Audials Software an A!

For the past few months, Audials software customers have had the chance to provide us with their opinion regarding the quality of our software.
The results were overwhelmingly positive! 35.3% of our customers gave the Audials software products the best possible grade of ‘A’ (excellent)! Having that many happy customers makes us happy of course, but we still want to do better, which is why we are genuinely interested in improving our products according to customer opinions and suggestions. We use our questionairres for market research purposes and also to give our customers a chance to provide us with feedback regarding software quality. Please help us evaluate the Audials software products. The results of the survey will be published here in the newsletter from time to time.
